Where Do You Start Tours?
I start most of my tours in Bayeux where I live. Bayeux is the most popular town to stay in within Normandy for English speaking visitors. With plenty of restaurants and the famous Tapestry Museum and Cathedral. I can start in other places too - Caen, Cherbourg, Carentan etc, but I may need to charge extra to cover my transportation there - please ask.

Where Should I Stay in Normandy?
Bayeux has many fine hotels and bed and breakfasts. I especially recommend the Clos de la Croix,
Villa Lara, The Churchill, La Reine Mathilde and the Argouges - use the Links page to visit their websites.

What is your background?
You can read more about me on my About Me page.

How Do I Book a Tour With You?
Send me an e-mail via the Contact page of my website.

How Do You Take Payments?
I will explain this in my e-mail to you - you can pay in cash on the day, or online via PayPal.

Do I Need To Be a DDay Expert To Tour With You?
Definitely not! I aim my tours at anyone with an interest in learning more. I will take you step by step through the events of June 1944

What About The Weather In Normandy?
Normandy is often wet and windy, so having extra layers you can add is key. I also suggest sensible walking shoes.

What About Lunch?
I will discuss this with you, but I know various nice places that are quick and offer good value. Some of these places have DDay exhibits and souvenirs.

Anything Else?
E-mail me if you have any more questions
